Job summaryHeartland BioComposites is searching for a self-motivated, dynamic, and confident individual to fill the position of Inside Sales. This individual will be in responsible for relationships with current and potential customers. Summary of essential job functionsCore responsibilities include supporting the inside sales department by, answering sales calls, conduct and participate in calling campaigns, maintaining relationships with current clientele, attending tradeshows and promoting product. This person will be responsible for product knowledge and act as a trainer in the field. Contact current retail outlets and arrange to exhibit and display advertising and promotional materials. Sets up displays to attract attention of prospective customers in retail outlet. Will assist in administrative support by helping with shipping & receiving, and sample requests. Acts as an order taker, will estimate jobs and help with bids. Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Must be able to clearly and cooperatively communicate with others. Must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Must have proficient computer skill with strong experience in MS Office(MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Outlook), and internet applications. Some travel required. Additional requirements (Preferred, but not required)Clean driving record. Specialty lumber sales experience a plus.
