Heartland BioComposites' products are labeled wood-substitute composite materials, but can accommodate the substitution of other materials such as plastic, concrete or metal. The company’s product variety has changed considerably over the years from rail road ties and Class 5 utility poles to smaller, higher value products. Composite fence pickets, ranch rail fencing and composite fence posts, decking systems, and sheet products are only a small handful of the many different products that Heartland BioComposites will produce.
